don't use RCA - if you can, try to connect via Component Video cable, DVI or, if possible, HDMI (if you can support it).

don't think i have an option here. do you think changing the DPI to a custom setting will help that?

since you said TV instead of HDTV you are stuck with the TV resolution compared to monitor resolution.

your super nes games will look wonderful though

Then you're stuck.
The native resolution of your screen is the best you're gonna get - and RCA is analog with too much noise. You're better off going with your computer monitor, if you ask me.

HDMI is as good as it gets, with DVI a close second.

this is a Panasonic PV-DF2035/PV-DF2735. its got a VCR and DVD built into the thing is about to break my table its so damn heavy its a free gift from my job. got to love perks, huh?

don't know what i'm going to do about my power supply though. its sucking so much energy that i can start to see the refresh rate on my monitor when they are both on at the same time.

what if i get an s-video coaxil cable to connecto to my abit adapter on my graphics card. too bad it doesn't have s-video built in

you cant use a tv as a monitor without loss of visual quaility because of the tv's resolution

Read the TV manual. I have a HDTV CRT monitor, however, it says do not use as a computer monitor. The refesh rates are different. So I leave my nice Sony widescreen CRT alone!

S-Video, in theory, should be better than the RCA.

A while back I hooked up my laptop to my 37" LCD HDTV using the DVI connection. The picture was pretty good. I played Doom 3 no problem at 1366 x 768 pixels (I had to tweak the program a bit to play widescreen .... for some reason the game was much scarier on my computer - I think it's because my face is much closer to the screen.

Get an xbox 360 for your TV - that ought to be quite nice. Panasonic makes a great flat screen.

holding out for ps3

its funny how HD is going to be exploding and the consoles is what is really going to push them. not enough tv in HD to sell them.

Checked out the specs. Doesn't have S-Video, so you are stuck with RCA. Try using microsoft cleartype to clean up the text.

somehow i think type is the furthest thing he is thinking about.

i would bet he is trying to play GW on it

i think you are trying to play at abour 480x320 INTERLACED which doesnt compare well with a monitors resolution.

as for weight my 19 inch FE2111sb is 70+ pounds.

nice picture though
